Join Mat Sa-Beom as he runs a shorter, more intense workout in Tabata Style. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

Be sure to do some extra warming up if needed and always train to your own personal limit and above all stop immediately should you feel discomfort or pain.
